Ms. Crystal Farrell provided outstanding service during our stay. From the moment we arrived, she was patient, professional, and truly took her time to make sure my family and I were taken care of. She didn’t rush us at all and walked us through everything step by step, answering all of our questions with a positive attitude and a smile. You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and the guests she serves. Her guidance made the process smooth and stress-free, and that meant a lot to us. Experiences like this are what make a stay memorable. I truly appreciate Ms. Crystal Farrell for going above and beyond, and she deserves recognition for the excellent service she provides. The price to the amenities in the room alone make it a class act. My only complaint was the smell in the room. I'm a non-smoker and the carpet gave me the feeling it had once been a smoking room. Otherwise, it was great. The have microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and bathroom supplied with everything needed.

there was blood in the sink, along the floor board and all over the bathroom door in the inside. The carpet hadnt been vacuumed at all. The worst experience in a hotel ever. I came in late and left right out so i didnt notice it till I got home at 2am. disgusting.

This place needs a THOUROUGH cleaning. The drapes and sheers were filthy, from top to bottom. The baseboards haven't been touched in years judging by the amount of dust on them. The mirror above the sink is falling out of the frame. The shampoo, conditioner and whatever else they offered in the room were used. This was a smoking room (which we asked for) with NO ASHTRAYS...and 1 plastic cup to use for one.|I personally had to hook the satellite back to the tv, the sofa/hide-a-bed were stained and nasty, the sofa part at least. I refused to open the hide-a-bed part.|The door right outside our room was to the staircase to go downstairs and out the door...neither were secured and I could not get the exterior door to close, at all.|One of our room keys did not work.|Now...had we paid $50-60, t

Check in was quick, however we were told pets were not allowed even though we have a certified service animal. I specifically booked here because it showed pets were allowed. The front desk staff made us fill out a form for the dog and since we were moving across the country, her papers were in the trailer. I offered to pay the pet fee just so we could go to our room. She handed us the keys then took them back to switch us to a pet room. Since pets weren't allowed, why switch rooms? We were hanging out before getting back on the road the next morning and someone walked in. No notice, just came in. Mind you, I was on the toilet. I walked out to speak to someone about that but nobody was available. There was someone else there trying to get a hair dryer with no luck. I love choice hotels and
