Hampton Inn & Suites Pine Bluff

I am a Hilton honors member so I book with you and all the time frequently Hampton inns is a great place to go this hotel was no different Nice staff nice breakfast clean nice location not a lot of homeless people loitering around the outside and the room was impeccable however me and my daughter shared two separate rooms 123 and room 223 The only problem we have was it was leaking from the ceiling whenever my daughter and my grandson took a shower the water would leak into my bathroom disgusting other than that great place great place I definitely recommend Hilton all the time thank you..!!

The room was quite comfortable, as was the bed. The hotel is well kept and in tiptop shape. The breakfast was substantial.

I, and my 2 children, stopped here on the way to Gulf Shores. We didn’t have a reservation, and it was 2:30AM. We were very tired and I was unable to continue driving without stopping to sleep. The clerk was so nice, and helpful. She got us a room under special circumstances, due to the hotel room audits having been completed for the day. The room was very spacious with 2 queen beds. Comfortable mattresses and even extra pillows. The bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. After getting some much needed rest, we went down to the breakfast area. The coffee was very good, nice selection of flavored creamer to use. We selected this hotel primarily for its convenient location, just a short drive from our daughter’s home, as well as its proximity to various shopping options in the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help, making us feel right at home. Our room exceeded expectations; it was impeccably clean, thoughtfully arranged, and notably free of any musty odors that can often linger in hotel accommodations. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to the attention to detail and excellent service.

We stopped here to break up a 13 hour car ride. We have 5 year old, a 3 year old, and a dog and we were so pleasantly surprised by the service at this Hampton Inn. The staff was so wonderful. I cannot say enough good, kind things about Christina who was working the desk the night we came in. She was so kind, accommodating, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable/professional. The lobby had been recently updated and was clean with fresh coffee even at 8pm. The little market/snack shop was well stocked with a variety of both healthy snacks and treats. Our room was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet even though we were next to the elevator.
