Comfort Inn & Suites Pine Bluff

ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS & is In a great area of Pine bluff. I was there for 2 weeks. Room was very nice !! The guys at check in & check out were awesome. Everyone I encountered was extra friendly & always had a smile. They were able to accommodate all my needs. Breakfast was always so fresh & the ladies that prepared it were very friendly as well. Mr. Patel along with Marion Hill are AWESOME partners. This hotel will not disappoint. Will highly recommend this hotel to others.

I cannot tell you enough.How wonderful this hotel was. The booking was easy and the checking in was much easier. Every one of the staff was exceptionally kind considerate and very friendly. The room was very clean, very well maintained and was very comfortable. It was the most comfortable place i've stayed all year.

We paid in full for what was supposed to be a clean, comfortable stay. The first room’s TV didn’t work — the staff said “nothing could be done.” After pushing, we were moved to another room that was filthy, with stained carpets you couldn’t walk on in socks. My husband is a disabled veteran. We expected basic respect and decent conditions — not excuses and a $24.63 refund on a $123 stay. The email below shows their response and my reply. I’m sharing this so others know what really happens behind the polished ads. We don’t want pity — just fairness, honesty, and accountability.

My husband and I checked into Comfort Inn & Suites in Pine Bluff expecting a simple, comfortable night. Instead, the first room we were given had a broken TV. When I reported it to the front desk, the attendant told me there was nothing she could do and that we’d have to stay in that room. I had to insist she contact a manager before anything was done. We were eventually moved to a second room, but that one had dirty floors — clearly not cleaned properly before we arrived. The manager offered only a $24 refund and never followed up, even after I reached back out. My husband is a veteran, and we travel often. With great hospitality from the front desk all the way to the housekeeper, who were just as friendly! Great sleep in a clean, nice bed. Enjoyed my breakfast! Will definitely b back
