Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pine Bluff by IHG

We have pet allergies and Crystal who checked us in is amazing!! She showed genuine concern and compassion for us and went directly to our room and checked the filters for us and cleaned them. This is our 2nd wonderful experience with this brand and we couldn't be more thrilled. Thank you Crystal and know we really appreciate your kindness and assistance.

Positive: Hotel itself was great. Clean, quiet, friendly and good breakfast. Negative: Hotel was located in a ghost town part of Pine Bluff. The hotel was attached to a shut down mall. There were no open restaurants near the hotel. Location was very scary at night.

This Holiday Inn facilities and amenities are what I expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The lady who maintained the breakfast was outstanding. She made me feel comfortable and like I was visiting with a friend. The location was less than optimal. It was located within an abandoned shopping mall. I did feel safe though.

This place is kinda run down. Stayed here several separate times because it happens to be convenient for my job. I coincidentally got the same room and it had the same smashed bug in the same spot each time I stayed there. Not good. The abandoned mall behind it definitely doesn’t give off good vibes.

Ms. Katie at the front desk was helpful, down to earth and kept me laughing. The room that we stayed in was clean from the fresh linen to the tidiness of the restrooms and thats thanks to Ms. Verinda in house keeping. Whatever yall are paying them, pay them more cause they made my stay in this small time, great!
