Best Western Presidential Hotel & Suites

Conveniently located. Comfortable setting. The pillows were not my favorite. They are sherred foam. It looked clean over all. There were just a couple of things maybe that were fixed would make it a little better. Handle on sink was loose. Only two large towels in bathroom but had two queen beds. Need a couple of more towels. Overall it was ok and I would stay there again. The breakfast was good. Lots of variety and food quality was good

I was beginning to become a fan of BW but no no no |BLACK MOLD and not a small amount in the bathroom of 103 |Peeling ceiling in the bathroom indicated a leak up above. Not recent so management decided to ignore. Well we were not about to get sick so front desk said she would cancel. No reflection on her she was great and totally not her fault. They were book solid so we had to find another. Long day |BW you should be ashamed

Wonderful staff and location was convenient. The rooms pictured when we booked is not what we got at all. Our first impression in going into the elevator was it was old and not very clean. When we got to our room, sadly. . . It was definitely not as pictured in the website. I think we fell for the old bait and switch The room while seeming clean, had stained up comforts, chairs and a leaking bathtub that ran all night long, and had a musty smell.

Far far from presidential They absolutely knew the room above had a water leak but choose to do nothing The bathroom ceiling peeling the ceiling above the sink BLAck MOLD and not a spot Damn big ! Front desk awesome and it’s not her fault. Place sold out. It’s not the best price at 100$ too. Just recently started using BW so totally disappointed. How does the health department allow this It did not just happen Room 103 Had to find another hotel Was told I’ll see credit back to my account
