Motel 6 Pine Bluff, AR

Though rooms may be “renovated” it’s far from a clean room. And by renovated seems like they threw in a light up bathroom mirror and new TV. Bedsheets stained, towels stained, wood flooring somehow stained. Floors are sticky and the renovations done were a case of the landlord special if you know what I mean. You pay for what you get though. Also LOUD. If you’re coming with any children or intentions of rest, kiss that goodbye! The doors all slams and echo, the people including staff talk loudly at any/all hour which carries through the walls. And the floor above me.. well I know their whole itinerary now. ( not my choice) at my last few hours left “staff” was keeping a close watch on my husband and I in the most uncomfortable way. As I was returning from my car from putting away some lugg

Staff was nice! Room was fine! Phone did not work and a few lights did not work but it was fine. Bed was comfortable, I do not know about bedding I bring my own and sleep on top.

This was the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel. One year ago, (10/2024)first floor and absolutely no issues what-so-ever. The room appeared to have and ATTEMPT at being remodeled and was "decent" for my stay as I wasn't in the room much other than to sleep and say no issues. 10/2025 2nd floor I was contacted BEFORE I ARRIVED and asked if I'd still planned to come, AND was charged IN FULL before arriving!! I debated this as I've NEVER experienced this even at hotels when there are major events going on. UNHEARD OF! (TO ME!) After Debating, I arrived as a lot of places were sold out for the weekend attending. Upon Arrival Entry was was EXACTLY the same as the year before so NO ADDITIONAL UPGRADES HAD BEEN DONE IN A YEAR. This is one of the worst place to stay. I checked in with my friends and we got two rooms. The bed sheets smelled like sweat and had a lot of stains (un washed) The toilets were very rusty with mould and dirty. We called the attention of the dude at the front desk, he grudgingly and with attitude changed the room. We moved into another room that was worse than the one we left. Dirty floor, roaches, old and dirty bathroom. The room smells like sewage! WE HAD VERY HORRIBLE NIGHT! All the microwaves were very old and dirty, I doubt if they were ever cleaned. Outside the hotel by the entrance and on the building is a sign that says "newly remodeled" this is a lie to attract people, or possibly the remodeling that was done years ago. NEVER AGAIN!
