Quality Inn & Suites Ocean City Fenwick

The staff was friendly and helpful! Rich and his co-worker (I didn't catch her name) were super friendly and professional. The room was clean. There could always be some updating but the room was acceptable and comfortable. Great pool area and restaurant. My only, little complaint is the complimentary breakfast... I know it's free but other hotels offer a few more items but not a deal breaker!!

It's ok. Decent prices. Definitely needs updating. We had no hot water for 2 days. Also sliding door stuck and we were stranded on the balcony for about 30 minutes until I was able to get the door free. Friendly staff

Hotel needs a refresh due to rust on bathroom fixtures and water pressure was minimal. The kitchenette was a plus as well as a full size refrigerator.

The room was very clean and neat. Plenty of towels bathroom was like you.. Nice fifty five inch t v. All the people working, they were very nice. I had a problem with the electronic lock on my door this was eight o'clock at night, they sent a technician up within 15mins. He was able to fix it right away. Great customer service.

Front desk, housekeeping, all associates were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Convenient covered parking lot with easy access to the front desk & elevator. Location was good for us to go north to the Delaware beaches or enjoy what Ocean City had to offer. Complimentary breakfast was more than adequate.
