Quality Inn & Suites Missoula Westside

We stayed in the master sweet with hot tub in the room. The jets didn't work, if you take a shower or a bath that sounds like you're going to fall through the floor. And didn't have remote for TV, call the night worker and and all we got was attitude and unprofessional conduct. It was $177 a night. Definitely not worth it in are experience. It was a beautiful room if everything was in order.

We arrived at 2:40 and the front desk associate did let us know she would waive the $20 early fee since we were there 20 minutes early. I thought that was a bit odd because I would’ve waited for a room if she didn’t. Then we asked for late checkout. We need to leave at 11:45 and checkout is 11 and they also want fees. Meanwhile, breakfast is to be served till 930 and I got down here at 9:05 and there’s no juice. She then replaced two juices but not orange juice which is what I asked about. everything is pretty much empty and they still have half an hour left of the free breakfast. Also, one of our friends that came with us booked a room and when she arrived, there was someone else already in the room and because it was late in the evening, they gave her another room with dirty sheets. It w

clean and comfortable. Front desk man very helpful and friendly. As a member, He upgraded our room because of the late time and our difficult trip. Room was less expensive than other hotels.

Pros: nice staff, decent breakfast (eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, etc), beautiful lobby area, nice pool and hot tub areas, bed was semi-comfortable. Cons: mold in the windows tracks that could have been easily wiped up, broken knob for the jet tub that was also super moldy, (The whole reason I paid extra was for the jetted tub and I couldn't even use it when I saw the mold. It's obvious the jets and stuff had not been cleaned.), rust on the fire sprinkler system, and trash on the floor under the chairs. The pictures were not current. Overall, the stay was okay however the price was not great for the flaws we found.

Just received some of the best customer service at a hotel in a long time. Not only did the clerk greet us with a smile but she was quick and efficient. We had a quiet comfortable night and it was an easy walk to the Montana Club for dinner. To top it off, they handled my left behind item with efficiency and grace! Thank you Amber and QI!
