Quality Inn & Suites Medford Airport

It's actually a bit under 4 stars. The room was very clean. Our room during this stay was nicer. The color scheme was calmer compared to the orange paint previously. Bed was comfortable. We didn't try it but there's a daily continental breakfast and also light snacks, drinks during the day.

Over the past few years, we've stayed at this hotel a few times. The gentleman at check in has always been a delight. He clearly takes pride in his job. Choice always comes through for us. We were supposed to be in a day before, but got stuck with a delayed plane. I called and my reservation was moved a day. After countless issues in our travels, we arrived early to this hotel and were checked in and immediately given a nice quiet room away from others. No fuss at all. Just great customer service. Used the hot tub and sauna. Great experience.

This is a sprawling two-story hotel and is very much what you would expect from this national chain. The room initially smelled of a scented cleaner or air freshener, but we were happy to find the windows actually opened (in our second floor room), so that dispersed quickly.||The bed was comfortable, and for this class of hotel well appointed. The bathroom was clean and fairly quiet. Our room looked out over the pool, in an enclosed area toward the front of the property. Although families were enjoying the pool, there was no excessive noise.||The surrounding area is run-down and not inviting; we were initially concerned about the security of the parking lot. We have been staying here for years. Always a pleasant stay at this location. it's much better than others across the country, but always nice clean room. I feel like the room here was recently remodeled as well which meant it was very clean. No smell of previous smokers and in a great spot.

We stay at this Medford hotel every time we visit. It's close to our mother's assisted living, reasonable in price, quiet, comfortable, and clean. The furnishings/carpet are not the latest and greatest so I'm not sure everyone would want to stay here but we love being able to stay nearby. Also, the staff is very friendly and I feel this indicates a happy staff. We've stayed at other hotels that seem to have unhappy personnel, not a good thing. The showerhead was amazing. I don't think I've ever had a showerhead that gives great water pressure. It's about as good as our home showerhead, and we get lots of great comments from our visitors.
