Quality Inn & Suites Longview I-20

The stay was great! I was definitely alarmed at first when I walked in and it seemed there was some kind of construction going on with all of the things in the lobby, but it did not affect my stay at all. Just an eye sore. A very welcoming smell, and great help at the front desk. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side and the curtains don’t close all the way but it wasn’t a problem. Our room was very clean! Clean towels, clean bedsheets, plenty of toiletries. And housekeeping came by in the morning and provided fresh towels. Ran into an issue where our door would not open, Manager Sam Patel was very helpful in fixing the situation. Then ran into another issue with wifi going out during the night and the front desk was quick to help and super nice and apologetic about it. I also love how i

Nice hotel...convenient location, nice room, comfortable bed, and extra helpful front desk staff! Working a school music contest in a neighboring city (with no hotels), and this one was very close and convenient to my destination. Found the front desk staff (Sam and Kevin) to be extra helpful; they were even able to solve a problem with my cellphone (mapping issues they fixed quickly)! Room was nice... comfortable bed & pillows, clean sheets & towels, plenty of hot water, GREAT A/C unit, small but good breakfast offerings, convenient parking, and safe location (noticed Longview PD made patrols through parking lot during my stay). Will definitely book this hotel again when in the Longview area!!

The stay and staff was nice until check out. Room was completely clean, but Sam the manager took $10 out of my security deposit because there was makeup on a single towel. He said I was told that at check in, I was not, and he walked away and went in the back when I tried to discuss it with him further. The overall experience was nice, but Sam needs to work on his customer service skills as management. My mother and I traveled from Wisconsin to Texas and stayed 6 days and 5 nights.

I had an excellent stay here with my father. The hotel was brand new, extremely clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast in the AM was tasty and the checkout process was quick and easy! Would highly recommend this Quality Inn if you are passing by Longview like we were, or are looking for an extended stay. Very affordable for what you get.

As a local, I use this place as my regular summer stop bc of the nice outdoor pool. Everything is usually decent, given the standard of motel. My only issue, ever, is the older white lady at breakfast. She hovers over you, & is right behind everyone as soon as the do something. I feel like I'm either in a prison food line or at work. This needs to be addressed. Everything else is fine if you want a decent place to lay your head at a decent price, no riff raff. It's usually peaceful, compared to the others on this side of town.
