Quality Inn & Suites Livermore Wine Country

I was very happy with our accommodations. Spacious, very clean , comfortable bed. Friendly staff too. Although breakfast was available we were not able to take advantage but certainly would have if time allowed. My reason for 9 score was two minor issues. The towels were very thin but still in good shape. My room key failed twice in same night and required me getting new set up from front desk. They were very nice about it and did explain it’s an issue they were working on. Happy with my stay.

We had a comfortable andnpleasant stay. The room was clean nd warm. The staff was kind enough to allow us to checkout at noon instead of 11am. Food was OK hope there was bacon with eggs.

The hotel was conveniently located for this trip. Hot water for our morning showers was not available during peak time 6:00-7:30. We did advise the front desk and was told that only one boiler is available for the entire hotel. Bed pillows were very small. Towels were thin. Breakfast was basic and could be improved.

Super nice, comfortable room. Easy, friendly check in experience. Reserved thru 3rd party and we don't always get a nice room, not this time! So nice and quiet!!

When we first entered the room we noticed the room was dirty, there were crumbs on the carpet near mini fridge and crumpled up plastic under the bathroom sink. Also the hand towel holder was literally falling off the wall. The keypad on the door was giving us constant issues, had to change key cards two times times and it still have us issues. The front desk staff need to put their phones away. Both times I went to get help for the key card one was outside wondering the front parking lot talking on call with his headset. The second guy was watching a show on his phone, we stood there for a few minutes before he even acknowledged us standing there. I will not be back.
