The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice and attentive. The shower was fine, lots of towels, OK amenities in the room… coffee maker, fridge, microwave.||The only reason I gave it four out of five is that the breakfast was ho hum. The "scrambled eggs" tasted like they were made with powdered eggs and the accompanying meats were barely OK. I didn't try the granola or cereal or fresh waffles, so can't speak to that.||I do wish that instead of creamer they had half-and-half. It's made in a shelf stable variety so there's no excuse not to have it. ||Overall, I would stay there again should the need arise.

I stayed at this hotel during several business trips during the past eight months. I was very pleased with the room and the entire property. The front desk staff were efficient and very friendly.

If you have a service animal, don't come here. If you want to sleep with bed bugs please come. I just got off the phone with your current supervisor because I found bed bug in the sheets. I don't really care what kind of bug this is because bug is a bug. Out of hundreds of Hilton locations I've stayed at bug in the comforter is unacceptable. What is also unacceptable is the demeanor for the supervisor. He asked I only have 2 choice move to different room or change the sheets myself. I told him upon checking in, I had to drive 10 hours today and will be driving another 12 so I need a good night sleep. Well that is not what happened. I am truly disappointed about the way situation was handled as finding a bug in the bed at Hilton hotel. Also, he asked when delivering the sheets if I have a

Positive: Great place to stay! Complimentary coffee/tea available in lobby in evening hours. Good breakfast. Nice rooms with large TV. Would stay here again. Negative: Most hotel room doors do close loudly and some guests do go in and out a lot, which is no fault of the hotel. Using a you tube fan sound video helps to get to sleep.

Staff was excellent! Some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I travel here for work monthly and every time, the staff have been so welcoming and accommodating.
