Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Livermore

I LOVE THIS HOTEL AND THE STAFF!! They are so awesome! My husband, friend and I were here for my husband’s birthday for a few days and everyone that I’ve come across were super friendly and warm. Elise is amazing! Love her energy in the morning and her accommodating to my husband’s dietary needs. Long has the brightest smile that you can’t help but smile with him and the GM Ray is awesome too! I told him about the Tv issue and that it wasn’t streaming properly. I’m not the type to complain or anything, I just wanted him to know so that the next guest won’t have to bring it up and he stopped at nothing to get it fixed during our stay. Would absolutely stay here every time I come into the city. Plus it’s close to a lot of wineries and Downtown Dublin and Pleasanton. 10 out of 10!

The positive first : the hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff are absolutely wonderful!! |The restaurant just Elise is perfection beyond words! She is the most sweetest beautiful and kind person I have ever met! She literally makes this hotel worth the stay. ||The Cons: you can hear your neighbors entire conversation even the upstairs rooms. |I heard the elevator beeping all night long , kids screaming in rooms across the hall ! |People running around and loud noises all night long !|My room 222 next to elevator my mistake for not immediately asking to be moved ! |I did ask for a quiet room at check in and this what I got ! |I stayed 2 nights and I’m exhausted I’m traveling with a long commute back home ! |I already cancelled my August stay here because I need sleep!

Very clean hotel with a super comfy bed that made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The lady who serves breakfast was awesome, very cheerful and genuinely kind, which really stood out. There is not much around this location besides a gas station and there was a bit of a funky smell outside, but overall would definitely stay again.

Location convenient to my client offices and centrally located to other areas I visited before and after. The hotel and room was nice, clean and I felt safe. I didn't eat breakfast there so I can't speak to that but there are stores and restaurants not too far from the hotel to choose from. Water pressure was perfect and I always appreciate the added dark "makeup" wash cloth. They require to see your ID before issuing digital key so late at night, don't expect to be able to use the side entrances immediately from the parking lot.

Everything was great! The room was clean and spacious. They did our request to have two cribs already set up in the room. The breakfast lady, Elise, was so wonderfully friendly and kind, and there was a good amount of choices for breakfast. No complaints at all!
