Quality Inn & Suites Leesburg Chain of Lakes

I stayed at Quality Inn & Suites Leesburg Chain of Lakes and was very disappointed with the overall condition and cleanliness. The room was poorly cleaned, with visible carpet stains, signs of water damage, and a persistent musty smell that suggested mold. This raised serious concerns about sanitation. The hallways and stairways carpets were dirty, worn and smelly. Housekeeping entered the room once during my stay, but the only things they did were organize the towels and remove the garbage. The carpets were not vacuumed, and the bed was not made, which is far below basic housekeeping standards. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, Additionally, there were consistently people gathered outside the main entrance, which made entering and exiting the hotel uncomfortable. Overall, the propert

We very satisfied with our stay because it was near where we were going to our meeting. It was a nice hotel, however I wish it had a canopy by the main entrance to the lobby so I can drive the car up to the main entrance to unload then load the car when leaving. The hotel was accommodating.

Staff was great, the motel could use significant cleaning. Hallway carpets DESPERATELY need to be cleaned or replaced. Room was in need of a thorough cleaning. Ptrperty needs to be cleaned.

It was a fine place to get a little shut eye and great for the price. I did have a really bright light outside my window. Breakfast was a typical continental with bagels, toast, cereal, and juice. They also had a waffle maker. All in all, it was fine

The floors and carpet were dirty, worn, and smelly. Neither our blow dryer nor refrigerator worked (the front desk was not concerned). The toilet ran continuously (we ran the air conditioner on constant because of the water dripping sound). We had our do not disturb sign on our door and a person who said “laundry” knocked on our door at 9:00 a.m.
