This is a very nice place to be at with the crew but when they start fixing the place just so happens of course my look we were here. The staff is very awesome. They fixed breakfast. It's very clean. But since they have been renovating it they have been having people that work here who act like the police and have reported to the owner certain things and you are no longer eligible to have company at night. And it's like walking on eggshells at times. Even though we are paying it doesn't matter because they are willing to put others out it's cold outside it's Christmas it's the holidays I think it's really sad. Miss Theresa Cami. We were traveling with elderly parents and a small child, so we specifically booked two rooms with two queen beds each (4 queen beds total). Initially, we were given adjacent rooms, which was appreciated. After entering the rooms, one room had a very strong marijuana smell and water leaking from the sink, making it completely unusable. When we reported the issue, we were asked to wait more than 20minutes, and instead of another two-queen room, we were given keys to a 1 king room, which did not meet our needs at all. Worse, that king room was clearly not cleaned or prepared — the bed was unmade and trash was still present. It became evident that the staff did not have clear awareness of which rooms were cleaned, occupied, or available, resulting in over 40 minutes of delay at 11:30 PM, a

I was put in a handicapped room. The shower head was about 4ft height.There was someone elses trash in the trash can, there was someone elses food in the freezer. The toilet paper holder was broken, the towel rack was apparently pulled off of the wall. When I asked to be moved to another room. I was told that would be a problem since I already spent one night in the room by the gal working the front desk. I would have to wait for the manager to make that call. The breakfast was horrible. Nothing available but a couple of biscuts and 3 sausage patties that were inedible. I defense of the young lady working the desk, she seemed to be new, and trying to work the front desk and the breakfast. Me, My Husband, & 2 kids went for a weekend get away and got to experience the indoor pool and the Hot Breakfast the Rooms were Big and had a good size TV Really great staff we truly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be returning maybe even with more friends next time.

I made the reservation for my son and daughter-in-law. We they got there, the location was in a sketchy area. When they went to the room, it was not clean and was rundown. The couch had holes in it. The carpet had stains and what looked like oil marks. It smelled like smoke. But the worst thing was the filth on the bed. There were hairs and other debris on it. They went downstairs and told the desk clerk that they were not staying. And the clerk said, “I knew that you wouldn’t.” Now that is really bad when your own employee is aware of the problems. I paid for the room with points and money that had already been charged to my credit card. I will be contacting customer service about a full refund.
