Check in was a breeze. The room ready n clean. Very upscale feeling for the hotel stars it is. Nice bif walk in closet. Would highly recommend

Great room. Spacious, tons of outlets and USB connections, comfortable bed. Reasonable price. The only negatives are that the toilet is smashed up against the vanity (zero clearance on the right side), and there is no hair dryer. We would definitely stay there again

The customer service was outstanding. The rooms were large bed very comfortable. The wood flooring was a plus compared to carpet. I didn't like the shower. The shower head was to the left therefore you had to put your body all the way in to turn it on hoping the water wasn't to hot or too cold. Coffee was a plus very good for a push button machine. Thank you

Per my nephew, this is a one star out of five. It’s really sad that $100 a night doesn’t buy you what it use to. The last straw for us was finding a roach in our room just before leaving for thanksgiving dinner but the issue started from the moment we arrived. We drive 10 hours down from Maryland to celebrate thanksgiving with family. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was because it advertised a 24 hour fitness center. That center didn’t exist and according to an employee it was “never added”. There’s a sign on a door where it’s suppose to be and the room is used as storage. There’s elevator was broken, which happens but after check other review after our horrible experience another visitor mentioned the same issue MONTHS before. They couldn’t find my dam reservation that I had pre paid by my company then I tried to book a room and the guy in the front desk couldn’t do it even with the help of a manager on the phone… telling my company to never book here again. Or any other quality inn.
