Quality Inn & Suites

I have to say that I stay in hotels alllll over the country and this, by far, was the best Quality Inn hotel I’ve ever stayed at. All, in regards to the staff. From front desk, to breakfast area, to housekeeping…….All of the staff we have bumped into or have accommodated us were extremely friendly, helpful, cheery, and courteous!! Kaitlyn at the front desk was exceptional!! So extraordinary to have such upbeat, friendly, courteous and professional service anywhere anymore. We made sure to let her know how well our stay was and how wonderful SHE was!! I sure hope they can be recognized for their much appreciated demeanors and professionalism! They surely deserve a raise! Happy holidays!

I was so glad to have a central location to stay at for my daughter's birthday celebration with her friend. The fact that we never had to go far to find what we wanted to do was great. The staff was wonderful. But the room we has seen better days. Cobwebs on the ceiling, uncomfortable lumpy bed, the head boards are damaged. There is dried white stuff on the wall by the room phone. There is a hole in the bath room wall, more dried white stuff on the wood of the sink. The ceiling in the bathroom is peeling apart. The room was so hot even after turning the thermastate down from 68 to 60 yhat i eventaully had to turn it off completely and we all slept with no covers....in the middle of january. The pool while fairly warm and small was fun for the girls but its so highly clotinated you can smel

Positive: Staff were very friendly. Negative: Pretty much everything. Enter the elevator at your own risk. The room smelled musty and is just outdated. The pillowcases were yellow. The sink in the bathroom barely drained. Dirty, outdated, and not maintained.

We enjoyed our stay with our 2 grandsons at the Quality. They did use the pool 2 times and loved it. They were the only ones in the pool both times. It was very adequate of a stay. Beds were comfortable and it was clean. The only problem we had was the room keys lost their programming and we had to go to the desk a few times to get them rebooted. That was a pain. Otherwise we would stay again.

It was a really nice hotel for the price. Probably the nicest Quality Inn we've stayed at. But the bed was so hard I only slept 3 hours the first night. I even tried the couch, I tried laying the couch cushions out and had to lay on them on the floor and it was softer than the bed. A foam topper under a waterproof cover (to protect them of course, it would be an investment) would go far for people like me with back and hip problems, which many people have. I could feel my hip bones against the mattress like it were a box spring. My partner was kind enough to let me use all his pillows the next night to try and make some padding.
