This is the first rental I’ve had as a traveler where things were exactly as advertised and CLEAN. Neighborhood seemed safe & was quiet aside from some noisy traffic. I chose to stay here while working in Saginaw to be in a safer area.

MI Short Stay Solutions is truly a home away from home! I felt like I was coming home, rather than going to a hotel room every day. There are a variety of room sizes to fit your needs, and each is uniquely designed and has all the amenities you will need. I also appreciated the colors and decor. I also felt safe inside thanks to the 24-hour security cameras outside. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet. The owner is friendly and easy to speak with if you have any issues or concerns during your stay. This place is a gem. I will definitely return if I have to come back to Bay City, MI. I'm so glad I found this place. MI Short Stay, without a doubt, made my three-month stay comfortable and easy. I highly recommend staying here if you need a short-term solution.
