Quality Inn & Suites Augusta I-20

We stayed in December 2025 for a night passing through and had a very enjoyable stay. You never know what you’re going to get when you book a hotel based solely on reviews you read online, but we were pleasantly surprised by this one. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our room was very clean and I have to commend the housekeeping staff on a job well done. The breakfast selection was good and was very well attended to and clean. The hotel is located amidst several other hotels right off the highway, so driving around there was a bit crowded and a little confusing, but we didn’t have any trouble finding a parking spot. We would definitely stay here again for future travels through Augusta.

You can tell the hotel is new or has been renovated. Very up to date. Nice soft beds and clean sheets. Tv was big. Front desk checking in was nice, checking out was not so friendly. Shower was nice and hot with nice shower head. The room smelled nice. Would stay again!

Best Quality Inn we have stayed . Its deffinitly a go back to place. Good nite sleep and very reasonable price. Breakfast was so-so but coffee was good.

This is our third stay. We love the large family rooms (so great for families or large groups—so much space and two different AC units so both sides can control their temp, very clean, very nice bathroom) and the friendly staff and the cleanliness and the great breakfast. We will keep making this our stopoff on our way to SC every winter. Have never had a bad stay.

It was conveniently located, check in was fast and easy, and the eggs and sausage were nice to have, however one of the beds was very sunken down in the middle and the room was either hot or cold. One of the walls was also pretty dirty.
