Quality Inn & Suites Augusta Fort Gordon Area

Im currently staying here. Im very disappointed and unhappy with the room. I booked a king room because every picture on their website, priceline, booking ect that's a king room has a king bed and a little sofa seat sitting area. The other option is a king suite the pictures have obvious difference. My room is absolutely not the room i was under the impression I was booking so I'd say the place is pretty deceiving. The room they put me in is tiny and had it been on any of the pictures that this room could possibly one I booked i 100% wouldn't have taken the chance and stayed at the hotel i was prior to this or booked the King Suite but more than likely stayed where I was. And of course the reservation was non refundable so when I walked in my room and saw something I never would have boo

I travel a lot for work, and this is probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Every day the juice machine was broken, and I was told it would be fixed “tomorrow.” The beds were never made—housekeeping only took out the trash and changed the towels. To top it off, I woke up in the middle of the night to a roach crawling on me. When I spoke to the front desk, I was told there was nothing they could do except change my room. Since it was my last night, I just asked for clean sheets and changed them myself, because the clerk insisted there was nothing else he could do. The only good thing about my stay was the Chinese food place next door.

Positive: How spacious the double bed rooms are and all staff were friendly, especially housekeeping and the lady at the front desk who does breakfast, front desk, clean stay over rooms, and laundry. I saw her do this every day. Negative: Elevator is slow and ice machine do not work on the second floor

Seems like the new management is pretty good. It's much nicer than the reviews from 2024 said. The guy at the front desk was about averagely friendly compared to the hotels I've stayed in. My single-bed room was a bit small but ok for the price. I would've preferred hourly early check-in / late checkout as I work night shifts. View from my window was just a highway, but it was relaxing to watch the sunrise. The included breakfast was standard; waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, a few types of muffins, wheat bread and cereal. Gym being locked (inaccessible even with room key) from 7pm-7am was frustrating.

Positive: Nothing was great ! Negative: I informed themIt was not clean and a chicken bone was in the middle of the floor. I took a picture and he proceeded to tell me it was clean. Finally came in, picked it up and didn't say my apologies or anything.Then I heard strange knocking and I left.
