Quality Inn & Suites at Tropicana Field

All things rusted needs to be replaced, such as the toilet paper holder, drain in the sink, and the luggage holder to name a few. The housekeepers need to get the corners of the bathroom floor and clean the toilet appropriately. Access to the rooms from the lobby and outside should be more secure. And a better hot food variety for breakfast is needed. The room size and general cleaning was up to par. Check in was quick and easy with no surprise additional charges.

I would stay here again. I did a walk-in reservation and was lucky for the weekend. TY (pronounced Thai), checked me in with kindness and professionalism. The room has everything we need as guests. Cleanliness, fridge, microwave, and good shower. Comfortable bed and pillows, and quiet night. I didn't have their breakfast because I always arrive late to the breakfast area. Housekeeping were nice and helpful. Jay checked me out with his smile and professional personality. Thank you.

Positive: Pool and staff Negative: The suite we were put in had a dent in the wall, living roomoutlet not working, the restroom door had a punch in it, t h double doors was off the henges and falling apart.

They did not honor a confirmed reservation that was made two weeks in advance. The management is rude and are liars. They do not state or post their policies. I am not recommending this hotel. I found corporate’s customer service ineffective. I will probably not be using any Choice hotel or any of its other brands for a long time. I had over 160 of Choice hotel stays last year. I was Diamond status; and got nothing except free nights for that loyalty level. Good bye.

I was here last week, the property looks better than before, all the new updates are amazing. I want to give a shout out to Jaylynn the housekeeper for taking really good care of me when I was there for my stay . She helped me to my room when she was just about to clock out , the next day I seen her and asked about room service she told me what to do and I got my room cleaned the next day by her she is amazing at what she does. My room was neat and smelled very good . Thank you Jaylynn and quality staff for the amazing stay .
