Quality Inn St. Augustine Outlet Mall

Dog friendly hotel except there are no bags to help pick up and if you have your own, there are no places to throw it. Be careful there is a big lake in the back. Remember, if in Florida, there's probably a gator in there. Breakfast has waffles, yogurt, 2 kinds. 2 kinds of cereal, funny tasting OJ, plenty of coffee, biscuits and gravy no eggs potatoes bread and 2 kinds of mini muffins. See The room was pretty decent. Comes with a good size lotion, shampoo & conditioner. Small small bar of soap. Saw iron board, desk and a fairly comfortable chair. The place is clean the staff was outstanding

Staff was awesome and friendly. Room was clean and cozy. Felt safe there while traveling alone as a female. Location was convenient. And they accept pets! :)

Terrible customer service and total lack of respect. They canceled our reservation without any prior notice, and when we called to clarify the situation, the way my wife was treated was extremely rude and unacceptable. She was told that the payment supposedly did not go through. My wife even offered to pay again with another card since we already had our bags packed and everything ready, and they told her not to pack because she did not have a hotel, then hung up the phone on her. It is unbelievable that a hotel would treat its guests this way, especially a family traveling with children. They completely ruined our plans and left us without accommodation. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

It's pet-friendly, clean, affordable, and within a few minutes drive from downtown historic St. Augustine. The staff is also always super nice and accommodating. The only drawback was that the room smells like pet shampoo, but you get used to it. If I'm staying in St. Augustine with my pup, this is my go-to place to stay!

Positive: Had a very good bed and pillows Negative: We were told they were pet friendly but when we got there they said they are not pet friendly. They did allow us to stay though with our 5 lb. dog. Staff was wonderful and understanding. Hotel was old and could use some updating.
