Quality Inn South Lake Tahoe

The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed. The AC unit functioned perfectly, providing adequate heat during the cold weather. Concerns: * The washroom lacked a mirror, posing a challenge for shaving. * Providing mats for the main door and washroom, even simple, disposable cloths, would greatly assist in maintaining cleanliness. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. The staff was exceptional. The receptionist provided a quick and efficient check-in. The breakfast options were fresh and well-maintained, with staff ensuring prompt refills to minimize customer wait times. The breakfast area staff worked diligently to keep the space clean and well-stocked. Good place for a family stay! Thank you to the entire team!

Overall is not bad and clean. Beds are very comfortable, clean, floor is a little dusty(my family remove shoes at the door), bathroom is super cold and just have a sink so its hard to put our toothbrush, toothpaste etc. the shower has chair so its hard will be great for people with little kids/ disabled person. Breakfast was good, sausage patty, potatoes and scrambled eggs, waffle, pancakes, juices, coffee, toast, bagels, oatmeal and fresh fruit. Walls and ceiling are thin. We can hear upstairs or outside people walking. If people are sensitive to noise the downstairs might not a good option. Good thing the guests were not loud. We had no choice since we made last minute reservation. Price is high, it might be high because last minute and high season for winter activities.

Nice location,very good complementary breakfast,staff is awesome they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We even seen a bear in the parking lot. The only negative thing I can say is the carpet was a little dirty but the room was super clean our 3rd time staying here we will be back

I had a great stay at Quality Inn – South Lake Tahoe. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They gladly gave me extra blankets when I needed them, and when I accidentally lost my room key, they handled the situation professionally and without any trouble. Their customer service really made me feel comfortable and welcome. I truly appreciate their honesty, patience, and support. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

I felt blessed to find a clean, reasonably priced room close to the lake. Then when they served breakfast in the lobby it was over the top and excellent. Paid 72 for one night. Great value, clean rooms and a semi normal staff. Definitely stay here.
