Quality Inn Shreveport Airport

From the moment we arrived, the experience was unacceptable. There was someone sleeping in the lobby, and the smell of marijuana was strong throughout the property. At check-in, we were given a room key to a room that was already occupied. After being reassigned, the new room’s door card reader barely worked and took several attempts to unlock. Once inside, the room was absolutely filthy. There was a large stain on the floor that appeared to be dried vomit, the room smelled terrible, and there were bugs on the pillow of the second bed. The bathtub was rusted, and the bathroom was clearly not clean. This was one of the most disgusting hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. We felt so uncomfortable that we slept fully clothed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This location on Monkhouse was very nice & had the most amazing aura & was very inviting to me & my party. Granted..this is my first stay at this hotel & walking inside I was greeted with welcoming arms as if I were family. The general manager Ms. Hope assisted me & accommodated my party & I accordingly & was very helpful. I apologize for my guests I hope they weren’t too much harm. Their complimentary breakfast was on point, although I think they should incorporate a meat to make it a bit hearty. Overall a great hotel & wonderful stay, good staff, & great experience. I am well pleased & satisfied! 10/10

Is 1am friday October 17 of 2025 and I'm a choice privileged Dimond member and just now I was about to check inn and the guy at from desk tried to charge us $50 dollars to upgrade from a king bed to double bed room when Dimond members get free upgrade. He said I will be able to get you a double bed but I will put the $50 dollar deposit towards the room charge which it felt like he was trying to keep the $50 dollars for him. Also I ask to used the restroom while I was waiting to check inn and he denied it, to which I said I will have to write that on my review and he then said well in that case I will not do a check inn get out of my hotel, which is not his hotel he is just an employee and kick us out of the hotel. This should be unacceptable and will will recommend anyone reading this revi

The first room they tried to give me was occupied. The second one had some type of water leak. The last room was infested with roaches. It had a bunch of food all around the fridge from a previous guest. Gum stuck to the wall. Not to mention some very questionable things on the wall. Not sure if it was blood or something else. Tried addressing all of these issues several times only to be told that I had to speak to the general manager the next morning. After speaking with him and him with the owner the only solution was to give me 25% off another night. No thank you! The ONLY reason I booked the room to begin with is because I used to stay there frequently several years ago. Never had these types of problems. The general manager John is definitely running this business into the ground!

Shower didn't work. It was a smoking room very bad. Bed close had cigarette burns. Faucet handle came off. Lotion dispenser was missing. Hair dryer was broken.
