Quality Inn Shawnee North I-40

I recently stayed at Quality Inn in Shawnee and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. They were very helpful and made the whole stay smooth and comfortable. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend this hotel!

Love the cleanliness and all the updates. The only thing that I had a problem with was that the shower didn’t work. Plenty of hot water just a problem getting shower head working.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Shawnee, Oklahoma with my elderly mother, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. This hotel was formerly the Baymont, and unfortunately the change in name does not seem to reflect a change in standards. When we first entered the room, there was a foul odor. The AC wasn’t working, and a staff member had to come plug it in himself, which made it seem like the room had not been properly prepared or inspected before our arrival. The TV also did not work and the cable had to be manually connected. The worst part happened at 2:00 a.m. when we discovered bedbugs after being bitten. We had to pack up and move rooms in the middle of the night with my elderly mother. We were told we would receive a refund, but instead my card was charge

There's nothing "quality" about this place! The room was full of cockroaches and other bugs. Floors were filthy and there was a mouse hole in the corner. Smelled of mold. Don't do it!
