Quality Inn Saint Louis Airport

We were quickly checked in. The clerk didn’t have knowledge of paid for parking so I was glad I saved my receipt. No problem! Our room was great! The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were perfect. A printed TV channel guide would have been appreciated as well as a stopper in the bathroom sink (room 120). Otherwise - excellent! We’ll definitely be back.

Positive: I liked the location because it was very close to the airport. I didn't want to drive too far that's why I chose it. Negative: The hotel does not smell pleasant. I had to buy my own air wick to change the atmosphere before I could fall asleep.

The first floor in this hotel is TERRIFYING. I look down to see what I thought initially was a bedbug (thank god it wasn’t) instead it was a whole roach. Not only that but my s/o got up to find around 5 if not more other roaches running across the floor. I’m thankful they moved my room, but I don’t think I’ve ever wanted to cry more. Please fix this!!!

The hotel was run down and gross. When you walk into the lobby it smells of smoke. My room was on the first floor and my window didn’t have a lock on it! The tile in the bathroom was missing or broken. There was a lot of noise during the night in the hallway. People slamming doors and arguing. The place was a dump! Nothing like the website photos.

To call this a "Quality" Inn is laughable. No elevator.. None. Drag your own suitcase up the stairs while the staff watches. Paint literally pealing off the walls, weed smell permitting throughout. Not exactly the feel of "Quality." Is it a bed before an early flight? Yes. Will you have your car broken into while you sleep? Quite possibly. They even put a sign up.
