Quality Inn Pinetop Lakeside

Hello we want to thank you for a great hotel experience. I especially want to give a big shout out to June. On Saturday 10/4 we came up from Mesa for a beautiful wedding at ivory + grace. Saturday morning my partner went to get into the shower and the shower handle came off. June plays many roles and one is she is the receptionist and maintenance. June was awesome when this happened she could not the correct Allen wrench for the handle. So she asked if we wanted to move and she got us moved to the room next door. Thank you June for helping us we really appreciate you. Also I want to give a shout out to the other receptionist I am sorry I didn’t get her name well I want to thank you for helping us on getting my sister in laws room open early so that they could get ready for the wedding that

Lovely,clean hotel with large rooms, comfy beds and good sized bathrooms. Breakfast was somewhat limited in food choices, but it was included in price, so no complaints there!

The room was dirty, stains on the couch, stick stuff on the night stand. I took a wash cloth to clean with and by the time I wiped over everything it was brown. Under the couch cushions was enough food crumbs to feed a mouse for a week. Also a pile of dirt in the corner of the bath room. TV screen had stuff all over it also. I took the wash cloth up to the office .

For the +$100.00/night with just cold muffins & cereal for breakfast was not a reasonable rate. When we checked in at 4:00, we were the only car in the parking lot. When we got back very, very late that night, there were only 2 other cars in the lot when we pulled in. The next morning when we got up early, once again we were the only car in the lot. It makes sense not to have a hot breakfast with no guests, but come on folks, lower the damm price for the winter months. We won't stay there again because of that. Website said breakfast was included -- WRONG!

PROS: Great location and check in/checkout was easy. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Karen at the front desk. They offer continental breakfast and there is a coffee machine and small fridge in the room. Plenty of parking available.||CONS: Bed linens were soiled (stained) and the room had an odor (maybe pet urine) but otherwise it was clean. Wi-Fi is VERY slow.
