Mountain Haven Inn

We loved the Mountain Haven Inn. It was just our kind of place. Small, quiet, able to sit outside with a cup of coffee & read, relax. We felt like we were at home. Lovely seating areas on the grounds. Great cabin room with all the amenities & more. The owner Donna, is terrific, very amiable, making sure your every need is met. She goes above & beyond to ensure your stay is a memorable one. We look forward to returning next summer.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on our visit to Pinetop and we are so glad we did. Donna, the innkeeper, was so sweet and helped us fill our days with her awesome suggestions. She knew so much about the area and made sure we hit all the "good spots" in the location. The room was so quaint and cozy. It had everything we needed and a little extra. The grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed the nice swing by our bedroom and the beautiful flowers that surrounded the property. It was also close to many excellent restaurants, breweries, and outdoor activities which was very convenient. Donna was very helpful and always making sure we had everything we needed so that our stay was enjoyable. Definitely will stay again, and we recommend it to anyone who is visiting the area.

We so enjoyed our stay here at Mountain Haven Inn. The rooms are clean and charming, each one decorated in a theme. There's a microwave, coffee maker, little refrigerator in the room. Donna, the owner and operator of the inn treats you like family. And her dog, Faith, is a fabulous greeter ready to let you pet her or sit at your feet. I sat on the glider on the front porch enjoying the nice cool air with Faith at my feet.....getting a belly rub. A home away from home is the feeling we came away with.

We found a nice deal posted with Groupon for "The Mountain Haven Inn" in Pinetop, AZ .. How fortunate for us to take advantage of this offer & go explore & discover Pinetop. The INN was exceptionally nice with wonderful personal touches & unique decor -- making it feel just like home ! Built in 1966. -- This Inn is not your normal motel chain as the owner/inn-keeper "Donna" was so personal with her daily greetings, service & welcoming smiles. --She directed us to very close-by hiking trails & picnic areas at "Woodland Lake Park" & close "Hon-Dah Casino" for free comedy show entertainment ... The room we stayed in was # 3 "The Cottage". Decorated with lots of thought to make this room satisfying to visual as well as comfy including microwave, small fridge, coffee pot, and More . -- Each

Every room has a different theme. The decoration and amenities are excellent. We had a real 10 cup coffee maker. Beds are very nice with extra pillows and comforter. Located across the street from a very nice park (Woodland lake park). We really enjoyed the room, the owner (Donna) and her chocolate lab Faith. A real gem in the pines.
