Roundhouse Resort & Spa

A little dated but spotlessly clean and well maintained. A lamp out was replaced within 5 minutes! Lovely quiet location and well placed for great hiking trails. Good advice on more challenging hikes from staff. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Free facilities included heated indoor pool and games, mini golf and laundry. A lovelt resort.

We enjoyed our time at the resort. They offer a game room, interior pool and hot tub. Ice machine and laundry also available. The area is kept clean and constant grooming. This resort is recommended for anyone who wants a relaxing and comfortable stay. Close to everything in the Pinetop and Showlow area.

I finally received an email to the “instructions” on how to get refunded my refundable holding fee since I was not approved. Somehow they have it as a reacquiring charge on my bank card so the bank wants to issue another card. However since I wasn’t approved I’ll need to get them a PO Box to mail it too. As if I have nothing important to do with my life, nothing more pressing than to be stolen from during an emergency relocation. Thanks

Positive: Indoor Swimming pool Negative: The kitchen had one frying pan and when I went to make the sofa bed there was food underneath it from the previous tenants.

Do not stay at the lodge. Their beds are full, not queen. When I tried to bring this up to the front desk all they would repeat is “go through booking.com” absolutely no help. The woods are beautiful and the individual cabins seem nice. But don’t bother with the lodge. Terrible.
