Positive: We Love the courtyard patios, so peaceful and pretty with all the pines. The rooms are quite spacious. The location is great. Love the size of the refrigerator. Negative: You are in serious need of new mattresses in your rooms. Your pillows are flat! The microwave works, but you have to unplug it for the door to open. Your Hot and cold are backwards on the shower.

Overall a fine place to stay a few nights. We enjoyed having a kitchenette in our room and plenty of space to move around still. A couple of things brought my review down. I tried to call the phone number provided for the front desk twice and both times only got a robot. It felt like there was no human presence to help you out should you have an issue. I would also say that the bathroom in our room was the biggest drawback of the experience. There was a lingering odor of sewage. The floors seemed like they may have just been quickly swept and that’s it. There were lots of ants and the walls looked like someone had a food fight in there. My husband and I stayed with our dog this weekend- we cannot say enough great things about this place! The rooms are extremely clean and updated and have everything you could possibly need. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the location is perfect to check out all of the local spots. It felt like we were staying in our own private apartment for the weekend. We will without a doubt be returning.

Arrived 10pm without a reservation. Anita welcomed me, suggested the Jacuzzi Suite and walked me to my room. I was expecting quaint, rustic and dated--I was wrong. Rooms are gorgeous and large, with fridge, microwave, coffee maker/coffee, great wifi and water pressure. The jacuzzi is huge and was a welcome end to a long day on the road.||Anita is a warm, welcoming host and pointed me in the direction of great coffee, a car wash, and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.||I decided to stay a second day, which necessitated a room change. Anita moved me to the room next door (a double), so that was quite easy.||Great location with lots to see and do in the area.||Thanks Anita, it was great meeting you!

This place was easy to find and in a perfect place to enjoy in town Pinetop Lakeside. The rooms have little kitchenettes, and the shower is super nice and big. A few items would move this place to 5 stars. The shower needs a shelf of some kind, and the bathroom needs a small trash can. We needed dish cloths for washing and drying dishes as the utensils on the counter had gathered a good layer of dust. However, the price was good, the scenery was refreshing, the room looked brand new, and you got a parking spot right outside your door. Would definitely stay there again.
