Quality Hill Resort Villas

So relaxing and comfortable! They have what you need to enjoy the beautiful, natural surroundings. Hiking and fishing nearby. The kitchen is well equipped so don’t have to eat out all the time. (Many tasty restaurants are close by though). It’s so nice to have a grill, too! Thank you for keeping rooms so nice and clean.

Awesome experience for an unexpected ski vacation in Arizona, skiing at nearby Sunrise Park Ski Resort. The villas are open design and very spacious with a large kitchen and dining area and a fantastic living area with a wood burning fireplace. Beds are comfortable and the villas also have laundry facilities which is a great feature. A real bonus is that the resort sells firewood at a very reasonable price, so you can stay cozy and warm on cold winter days. Wendy, the property manager, is extremely nice and helpful, and provided us with a wealth of information about the property and the nearby area. Definitely recommended!!!

Great experience! The units are large and clean with the latest styles from the early 1990's, berber carpet, brass fixtures and accents, southwestern decor, very well maintained. Fully equipped with quality items in the kitchen, the knives are even sharp, a rare feature in a vacation rental. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Huge clubhouse has tons of entertainment options. There is a little stream and a couple ponds. The grounds are clean and the place is very quiet. Feels like a high quality neighborhood, not a hotel or condo. Very comfortable for our stay, highly recommend.

Overall, a good place to stay, especially with family or friends. The location is good, close to Pinetop/Lakeside, not far from Show Low, down the road from Hon-Dah casino and near to Sunrise Ski resort. The unit is well equipped with all the basics and the kitchen has everything necessary including small appliances, dinnerware and cooking utensils. The T.V. was relatively easy to manage but no local channels. The grounds are lovely for a stroll and my dog enjoyed it. My unit was rather chilly due to the thermostat being stuck at 70. With the high, vaulted ceilings, unless the fan is switched, the heat will all rise leaving the lower areas a bit chilled. This isn’t a “resort” in the common sense of the word.
