Quality Inn near University of Mobile

10/10 Very happy with my stay at this comfort inn! Comfortable bed, clean room, good service and good price. Jessica at the front desk was very helpful and professional! If you're in the area and considering staying at this hotel I would recommend.

Positive: It's located next to everything(Walmart, Dollar tree, waffle house etc.) And the staff were extremely nice. It just seems to me that the owners didn't care because for $66-$75 a night doesn't match. They need to drop the price until they get it fixed up Negative: It had like 20 TV stations listed but only like 5 or 7 of them worked. Why advertise the selection knowing that many weren't available. Also there was dry wall peeling in both rooms I stayed in(the dry wall seams were cracked and visible)

I reserved online and got a great rate. Then when I arrived Josh took care of checking me in. He made the process very easy and even helped me understand my booking and options better. It is rare to get this kind of service any more and Josh is an asset to this company without a doubt. The room is awesome also. I will definitely be back!

Everything was very satisfactory. Clean rooms, easy check in. Quiet. The only thing that makes me hesitant to recommend it to colleagues and coworkers is the hallways and stairs always had a VERY STRONG marijuana odor at all times. I was always concerned it would cling to my clothing as I walked through the halls

I do not recommend coming to this hotel. I needed a place to stay overnight while traveling and my room was infested with roaches everywhere. They were all on the walls, the bed, fridge and TV!!! I asked for a refund and a room change and was only provided a room change. I was told I would get a refund but then later told the manager wouldn’t be available for over a week!!! Waste of money!
