Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Saraland/North Mobile

I spent 3 weeks staying there. The staff were great and accommodating. Jade at the front desk, was very courteous, professional and made making my reservations a breeze. The hotel was kept very clean and I didn't see a single roach. I definitely would stay again.

I stayed in this motel for more than two months as I was buying a house in the area. Of course, I could stay in another motel, or choose to be every week in a different place, but this motel was so comfortable, pleasant, and welcoming, that I wanted to stay there for a long time. The manager Amanda Sanchez, the desk workers and cleaning crew were all nice and friendly, and my suite was always clean and taken care of. They also have a technician there, so when I needed help with the A/C or any other device, he was there to help. If you have challenges regarding your booking or the room, the team will always help you, and even call Wyndham's headquarter for you. I have only good words to say about this motel. Thank you for such a great stay!

Stay here whenever I visit family in Saraland and will stay again. This stay I had a room on the first floor and prefer 2nd or 3rd floor. Room had sticky areas on carpet, carpet needed to be vacuumed, some rust, stick on silver molding around closet door coming off. Never had these issues on other floors on other stays. Still a very nice hotel to stay though and will continue to stay here and recommend

Positive: "" Negative: Torn carpet. Room smelled bad. Door jams strike missing. Toll bolt bent and not opperational. Someone was keeping the back out door propped open. Pot smoke throughout the hallway.

Stay here whenever I visit family in Saraland. I was not as pleased with my room this time as others. I was on the first floor this time and the carpet had a sticky spot and needed to be vacuumed, the molding was coming off around the closet door and there was some rust in the room. Did not effect our stay and I will continue to stay here when I visit. Staff is always great and the breakfast is wonderful.
