Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Mobile Saraland

Amazing hotel and staff in a convenient location! I stayed here for a little over 2 months for a work trip and the stay was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and super clean. The hotel is fairly new which is a plus as well. It’s right across the street from QuikTrip and has easy access to I-65. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone in the area! Approx. 15 mins from downtown and airport rd. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and have always had a decent experience until now. I had a reservation scheduled for October 16–18, which I booked directly through my Marriott app. Around noon, I received an email (that I didn’t even see until later) saying my reservation was cancelled.||A short time later, I received another email saying to disregard the previous message starting that my reservation was secured, paid for, and everything was fine.||Then, not long after that, I received a third email from Manager Jolisa Vessel, stating that my reservation had been canceled, that my card had already been charged, but that I’d receive a refund. No real explanation. Just “sorry for the inconvenience.”||This left me six hours away from home, traveling into town with no place to stay and

My wife and I stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott in Saraland at 2950 Township Blvd. and I stayed there because I thought it looked very clean. I had called and asked for a total price for the rooms for two nights. When I got there, I was told a higher price. We were tired so I went ahead and took it. The price was $600 for two nights. When we got in and unpacked, we looked in the bathroom and both of the rolls of toilet tissue were nearly out, so we had to go to the front desk and get more toilet paper. Never an apology for having to go do that. On the last evening we were there I was getting dressed, pulled my pants out of the closet and there was a 2 to 2 1/2 inch live roach in the closet. Positive: The location Negative: The breakfast was just ok, needs more variety. The rooms are very small, ours smelled musty. The body wash and the conditioner in the shower were empty. I would think that would be standard for housekeeping to check when cleaning.

Stayed one night prior to cruise staff was gracious and friendly free breakfast had multiple choices for everyone rooms are clean well kept and updated would recommend highly
