Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mobile/Saraland

Easy off/on the freeway. Great front desk. Clean room- great beds, pillows and good hot shower. Bath soap bottle completely empty. No in room coffee, but excellent breakfast. TV not working- we were given another remote- did not solve issue with TV. We were offered a different room but already in pjs.

We rented several rooms on our way to family vacation. The complimentary breakfast wasn't ready until almost 9 a.m. as we were trying to get back on the road. Several rooms had no soap or shampoo and when notified, hotel staff refused to bring any to the room. Dont pay the extra to stay here when there are plenty of less expensive options in the immediate area. Just not worth the extra $100 per night for subpar service.

We arrived later in the evening. The lady at the front desk was as friendly as if it was 1 o'clock in the afternoon. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The rom was very nice and clean. The only problem was the shower the shower valve was very loose. The breakfast was very good. The shower was out of body wash. I told the front desk and within five minutes it was fixed.

This property is very clean 👌 front desk staff services is on point. Wanted to check in earlier they made accommodation for us. Stayed multiple nights no problems check-in. Rooms are very clean and fresh, hot breakfast is delicious and multiple items to choose from. I highly recommend this property if you're visiting Saraland. Don't waste your time looking around just book your room here thank me later. Entire hotel staff is friendly and professional. We definitely gonna stay here again when visiting Saraland. The room was nice and spacious. The artful dark shades were a nice touch to block out the parking lot lights. Beds were comfortable.
