Hampton Inn & Suites Saraland Mobile

This is one of the best Hampton Inns I've stayed at...and I stay at a lot of them. This hotel is very clean (way above average compared to typical Hampton Inns), the staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is awesome. There is ample parking for trucks with trailers. I'd like to recognize Tiffany, the Front Desk lady who checked me on many of my visits to this hotel...super friendly, super helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure my stays are always the best....and she bakes some excellent cookies! She does her best to make Hilton Honors members especially welcomed. Highly recommend this hotel and kudos to Tiffany for me such an excellent host.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST STAY AT A HOTEL I HAVE EVERY HAD IN MY LIFE PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Hampton Inn 80 Shell st. Saraland, AL 36571. I just checked out today 3/1/2026. I was at this hotel for 2 night the 1st night I was not that but the second night I arrived really late to find mold all over the bathroom. The next morning I advised the so called “General Manager” BRANDI SMITH about my experience and she advised me she was just going to have the room cleaned and given back out to another guest that night, she also said to come talk to her when I checked out. Of course because I was looking to be compensated she was not available. The service was crappy the managers even crappier but my 2 night stay was over $400. The staff here were some of the best in any Hilton property I've encountered (Diamond). They would always greet you warmly and try to accommodate any need. The property is in a great location and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room had some stains on the carpet and behind the couch back, but can understand it would require replacing carpet and wallpaper which are usually done in a renovation. 100% would stay there again! Great job!

Positive: The location was great, the gym was very nice, and breakfast was nice. They always had water and coffee available. Negative: Our room had black stains all over the floor, when the air conditioning was on it was very loud with a crackle sound, and in general it was loud. You could everything and people were walking and talking in the hallways at all hours.

I want to commend Brance Honeycutt and Ca'Laya Wallace on their OUTSTANDING customer service. They both were very professional and went over and beyond to make my stay there truly a memorable one. Since I've retired from the USAF, it's so hard to find a hotel staff to go out of there way to make the customer feel at home. If I could, I'd give this hotel and the staff a "10". Kudos to Brance and Ca'Laya for taking good care of me. ☺️🙌☺️
