Quality Inn near Casinos and Convention Center

My guys and I have been working in Bossier City for months now, we've been staying at this hotel the whole time and the General Manager Shelby Sowell is so amazing! She's very accommodating and very helpful! Mrs. Ada the housekeeping supervisor is the best always makes sure our rooms are nice and clean.

This is now our forever place to stay when visiting Bossier/Shreveport. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, Bree being one of the nicest or all. The rooms are very nice, fresh and clean, everything in working order and the beds are very comfortable. The rates are surprisingly reasonable especially being so very near the Boardwalk and casinos. The pool is clear and kept clean and neat and towels are provided. Sometimes, you will find sugar cookies at the desk for patrons to enjoy. Making reservations through the front desk is our favorite way to find the perfect room and fulfill preferences while being treated with respect from the courteous staff on a one to one basis. We love the family atmosphere.

First, the good stuff. Staff is friendly, lots of parking, room is large, clean, and no bad smells. The bad: Our room was on the backside, next to the freeway. Very, very noisy. Bed and pillows were both on the hard side. The bathroom situation was ridiculous, as the tub was in the room, not the bathroom. The bathroom had no door, just a huge open doorway. Breakfast was minimal.

OMG! This place was horrible! Our check in date on11/26/2025 was a nightmare. The first room was facing the freeway, so we asked to be moved. The second room was worst! The fitted sheet on one of the beds were filthy stained! Who does that?!! The floors were not swept or mopped. There was food left in the fridge! Even the evening desk clerk confirmed that it wasn't clean. We wanted a refund, but being booked through a 3rd party that wasn't going to happen. Although, Shelby Sowell (manager) could have refunded us. That would be in a "perfect world". I wrote to corporate, hoping for a refund, but found out that Choice Hotel brands are individually owned! I didn't know that. The rep did add points to my account for compensation. In conclusion, we left! We were NOT going to stay.

I normally did not stay in hotels that have your room door open to the outside parking lot. I travel alone and I’m elderly therefore I’m very cautious. This is a hidden , Safe, nice, clean, with courteous employees, and a great location. One block off I 20 in Bossier go see them they’re the best. I have not seen 1 roast, spider or bug in this Hotel. Great full breakfast and the pool is great too!!!!
