Quality Inn Mount Airy Mayberry

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the difference was Michelle. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, was incredibly kind and professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Employees like Michelle are the reason guests return. Thank you for a great stay!

I had to stay during the winter storm this weekend and my hostess Michelle was the absolute best!! She always kept check to see if i needed anything and making sure I was comfortable! I have stayed in the past but never had anyone as sweet and always available as her! Thanks for making my stay so comfortable! If anyone has to go there soon please see if she's available she's the best!

First of all the staff was friendly and courteous. Secondly the room was clean and functional: lights, towels, toilet paper, etcetera. Even the breakfast was tasty, I love biscuits and gravy with eggs and they had that and more. I plan on coming back! Oh yeah, the ice machine work and the vending machines did too. The grounds were well kept, you could tell that the team worked hard to keep the property in good shape.

The front desk help was nice, room was clean. Breakfest bar wasn't all that good,eggs were cold. Fair price , not much noise a couple cars came in late with music up loud.

My stay was just a couple days and I do have to say that the room itself was very nice. Clean and fresh. When checking in I spoke with a Michelle. She was very nice and friendly and very helpful. Being from out of town I was nervous about driving around but she assured me that I would be ok and gave me directions that I needed. Very happy with my visit!!! Thank you
