Need of Remodel and Cleaning I am not sure where other reviewers stayed because this place was disgusting. Stains everywhere and damage to the walls. Not clean at all. Dead bug in picture frame and also smelled musty and Smokey. Not worth the money. No one there on check out and no key drop. The place needs a complete remodel or at the very least, a deep cleaning. Unacceptable to make the bed with sheets that had multiple stains.

The staff was super friendly and nice to chat with while checking in. We only stayed one night so that the only staff we met. Check in was fast and the rooms were clean. What more could anyone ask for?

The rooms were clean. Simply clean. Not fancy, but clean, they have body soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower, and a hand soap dispenser over the sink. Great job. They are pet friendly, with a one time fee at check-in. The also offer breakfast. And, guess what they are cheaper than motel 6.

I sincerely dislike leaving a negative review for any establishment and only do so when I feel it will help the company improve. I am only going to review the room we stayed in which is #129. We were guests for two nights at the Bryson Inn. First, I would state the staff was friendly and kind. The welcome area was clean and neat and breakfast area as well. The breakfast was mostly carb foods but was plentiful. The coffee was quite good. Now, I will address room #129. The bathroom door would not fully shut (leaving a gap when using the toilet) and would not lock, as well as being damaged along the bottom with wood missing. The toilet would rock to the left and right when sat on and ran non-stop when flushed. My husband took the lid off and fixed the issue. The chair in the room was

Positive: It was a comfortable bed to sleep in. Check in was quick. Negative: The humidity levels were so high in the hotel, our beds felt wet. And there was a smell.
