Quality Inn Long Beach - Signal Hill

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean. I would especially like to commend Dan at the front desk Sunday morning for going above and beyond to assist my pa rty with a last minute Uber so that we may get to the airport . We also appreciated the transfer van taking us to the cruise terminal. The only downside was the cost of the ride. It was $20 for up to 4 people however since my party was 5, we had to pay $40. I feel that $5 per person would have sufficed.

First time guests. We cruised with Carnival and needed a place to stay that was conveniently located near the port. This was the place! It's less than 10 minutes from the port, and only cost $10 per person or $20 round trip. The hotel itself offers free breakfast (although we did not have it). There is an outdoor pool on the premises. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. We had a ground floor room which is what you want if you have heavy luggage or several bags. There is no elevator. There's plenty of parking. The staff was courteous. We will definitely stay here again when we cruise out of Long Beach.

I was really nervous at first, however the staff was very accommodating. We ended up staying here twice once before our cruise, and then the last day was the day after our cruise. I was dealing with hip and knee pain staff know how comfortable their beds were. I honestly couldn't wait to get off the cruise ship to get back into these beds. These beds were more comfortable than the cruise ship. 🤷🏾‍♀️ No shade on the ship beds. Continental breakfast was good sausage, eggs, hash browns, waffles, juice and coffee. Oatmeal and cereal was available as well. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The transport driver I believe his name was Jose was super cool! What a great guy!! He really loves his job! That's good because it shows in his personality. Keep up the good work!!! I'm happy! ☺

We booked a suite at the Quality Inn for under $300 for one night before our cruise, and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room offered all the features we needed to get ready for our trip. They even offer a shuttle to and from the Long Beach airport and the cruise terminal for a very reasonable $5 fee per person per trip.||The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations, with a variety of options including waffles, toast, vanilla muffins, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage links, yogurt, juice, and coffee – plenty to start the day right!||One minor drawback: my son uses a wheelchair, and while the pool is handicap accessible, the second-floor suites are not. There are no elevators or ramps to access those rooms, which made things a bit tricky. Howe

Had no choice because the better hotels were booked up for the TPM2026. Hotel is old and has a motel feel. Beds are uncomfortable. Room cleaning is sub par at best. Toilet rickety, shower old. Breakfast terrible. I will never stay at a quality inn again.
