Quality Inn Hastings

Clean room nice location beds could be a little more comfy but not too bad. Complimentary breakfast looked good. Had actual bottles of shampoo and conditioner so that was very nice. Not like the tiny size ones you normally see. No laundry facilities for guest use.

The person at the front desk was very unprofessionally dressed and we could smell smoke in the hallway down to our room. The pool was out of commission and there was supplies stacked in the front lounge like a construction zone. The breakfast wasn't too bad and the room itself was pretty good and since we stayed two days the maid service changed out the towels in the bathroom which was nice.

I admit it, we chose the Quality Inn here because it seemed like the best that we could do at a reasonable price on the date that we needed, and I have had decent experiences in the past in Quality Inns. We weren't disappointed, and were actually impressed by the cleanliness of our room and of the breakfast area.||The hotel lacks an elevator, so we requested first floor rooms in advance, and got them with no problem. There was even a cart available to use to transport suitcases and so on from your car to the room. The hallway to the rooms was pretty dimly lit, but we had no trouble finding the rooms and entering them. I wish that there had been more outlets and even some USB ports available, and that there had been more places to open suitcases, but overall the room was fine. The mattress

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. No issues there. It is getting to be an older motel, but I can live with some signs of age if it's clean. I don't feel we used enough of their services to rate it a 5, but the breakfast was fair, you could find something unless you have restrictions like gluten, etc. For the price, we'd stay there again. Location is great, you're in a nice quiet spot far enough from the highway to not catch that noise.

It was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. The bathroom smells like vommit.. the bath mat had a brown built up crud around it like it had veneer been removed and cleaned. There was crumbs in my sheets like they had never been changed and there was even a blood spot on my pillow case. I went back up front to let them know and couldn’t find anyone! So disappointed! I will NEVER stay there again!! So gross!!!!!
