K & K Mobile Park Plaza

The manager of this park came to Doniphan to work with us. He was threatening and demeaning, despite his quite colorful history believed himself to be above the people there. Very little intellect or integrity was displayed by him. I would hesitate to be in any park that he managed and I personally consider him to have a very dangerous temper.

Manager is great! But cars are lining both sides of street, if an ambulance needed to get in here, they wouldn't be able to get down the street. For this being a residential area, we have ppl running their businesses out of there homes, construction trucks, small trailers full of garbage, nails in road, kids running around at all times of day & night, etc....just sad. ~Lorri~

Very small mobile home park, and pretty run down.
