Quality Inn Fresno Yosemite Airport

Do not stay here. Staff wasn’t rude and it’s close to the airport. Check in was easy, gave me a new room easily, and when I asked for a refund the morning after my stay, they accommodated me immediately. Those are the only good things I can say about this place. The rooms are in absolute despair. There are all kind of stains everywhere, and my entry door had “b_ner” written on it in deodorant. They’re completely outdated and musty. While trying to find an outlet (which there are very few of) I observed a still-wrapped burger left behind from a previous guest. I went to the front desk and they immediately gave me a new room, but didn’t seem too concerned. The new room just as gross as the first one. The following morning I saw one roach crawling across the headboard and another crawling

Positive: Excellent bed. Wonderful gentleman at the front desk. He competently and graciously helped me get checked in and easily resolved problem. Negative: Room was vey noisey. Pipes banging at night, ac constantly glicking on and off, garbage cans and towels left in the hallway, towel shelf too close to the mirror - it bangs your head and office chair was broken. Breakfast poor, list it as continental.

The bed was okay. The shower was pretty good . There was a hole in the back side of the bathroom door with a peeling plastic patch over the top. There were holes where things had been removed or just moved in the wall and not been patched. At the desk area there were no Outlets to plug anything in. Other than the bathroom there are only two outlets that were accessible and they were on the lamp on one bedside table. There appeared to be a bottle opener attached to the wall in the bathroom.

The hotel accommodations were great and the service was amazing. They were very clean and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. They take great pride in their work and making the hotel comfy and inviitng.

Perfectly fine in all the ways that matter. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked as expected. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with, check in was smooth, and the location near Fresno Yosemite International Airport made it convenient without being noisy. Nothing fancy, no drama, just a solid, dependable place to stay.
