Quality Inn Fort Myers Cape Coral

Staying here was an absolutely wonderful experience. We had called very last minute and the staff accommodated us with our late check in. The rooms are extremely clean, the beds so comfortable and the rain shower at the end of our beach day felt like a million dollars. Free REAL breakfast was a plus, the wonderful staff was sure to have fresh eggs and sausages , the waffle machine made delicious waffles, and having coffee and juice 24 hours a day I truly appreciated. The staff was very knowledgeable about recommending restaurants and attractions. They were so nice and friendly. 5 stars for your wonderful customer service and our fantastic stay at this hotel. Upon arriving we were greeted by Rebecca the wonderful Manager and her desk staff Regina and this place is very nice and clean and everything you could imagine when looking for a place away from home. Everyone is so friendly. Rooms are clean staff is very friendly what else could you ask for. One of the best places my wife and I have stayed at and you can bet that anyone that asks us for a place to stay this place will be the one we will recommend. Place needs better lighting and signage. Was assigned room in "second building?" but directions on how to find second building, where to park or anything. Then got to room only to find out someone else was in the room! Not a happy camper and staff did not really care just assigned another room

Very rude attendant, the room was supposed to be non smoking & smelled like cigarettes. The door would jam constantly trying to open it. The room had black mold. Terrible experience

Wow! The pictures look amazing compared to what you get. First off, just understand that I'll tolerate a lot before writing a bad review. That being said, here's the cold truth.. Don't book this place no matter how good the pictures look. Don't believe for one moment that you might be safe here. You aren't! We had a man try to enter our room and when he couldn't he proceeded to scratch on the door... My husband had to tell him to go away. Through the night we would be disturbed by slamming and banging from various walls. Its crazy and we felt super unsafe. People were loud and hollering through the hallways. The place reeked of drugs. So take your money and stay in a safe place or even your car would be better.
