Quality Inn Florida City - Gateway to the Keys

Good location, lots of options for shopping and dining in the area, and relatively quick access to the Keys. I've been moving about every week for a few months, working during the week and traveling on weekends, and this was one of the cleanest rooms I've been in - I appreciate that a lot. Staff were professionally friendly. Biggest problems were WiFi (needing to reconnect repeatedly in a 24-hour period, very disruptive when trying to work from my room) and noise. The provided dehumidifier was very much appreciated, but it was very loud. When that was not running, there was a lot of other noise - from other guests, grounds maintenance, etc. If I were to stay here again, I would not want the same room.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything in great condition. The room was spotless, the common areas were clean, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I’d also like to give special thanks to Maritza at the front desk. She was very kind, professional, and always willing to help. She made check-in easy and went out of her way to make sure my stay was comfortable, which really added to the overall experience. Great service, great cleanliness, and a comfortable place to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The tone of my two day stay was set by my first interaction atnthe registration desk. Maritza was on duty and was very upbeat, helpful, and efficient. A positive attitude goes a long way! My room was clean, comfortable, and it was a great value. I've stayed here before and intend to do so again.

Great hotel and next to a variety of restaurants and the outlets. Nice spot before going to the keys or even when you leave the keys. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and kind. Thank you to Maritza for helping us with a good room at an affordable price. We had gotten stuck in traffic leaving the keys and didn't have a reservation she was very professional and got us a nice discounted price. She gave us a map good for discounts at some restaurants in the area which was great after being in traffic for 2 hours we were ready to go eat something. The room was in the interior corridor they just got new carpets you can tell they have been doing some renovations to the property it is very well maintained. The staff here goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Definitely rec

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The employees at this hotel are truly amazing—hands down some of the best we’ve ever experienced anywhere. We stay here numerous times throughout the years, often on our way to or from a cruise or heading down to the Keys, and it honestly feels like a home base for us now. We’re so comfortable and familiar with the staff that we even have packages sent to the hotel ahead of our arrival, and they are always happy to hold them for us without hesitation. That level of trust and care says everything. The location is beautiful, the accommodations are very comfortable and well maintained, and the outdoor pool is a perfect place to relax and unwind.
