Quality Inn Florence East

The rooms were tiny and had dark colored liquid stains dripping from the wall as well as stained on the comforters, the tub was black at the bottom and there was only one plug and it didn’t work and the one by the fridge short circuited. Said it was smoke free but it’s definitely not enforced. Would not recommend this hotel!

Unfortunately it was all I could find in the area. I mostly stay at Hilton or IHG, this was a very gross experience and I would not recommend. Everything was dirty and I was happy to make it out of the elevator alive! This hotel needs to be renovated or something, horrible.

It was just overnight but we could not get the rate as shown on a site. Our room and our friends room smelled of cigarette smoke but was thinking they would not change it for us. The hotel needs updating in the rooms. The toilet was to low and outdated .think it was a little pricey. I don’t think it was the best choice.Location was good and restaurants close were good also.

Horrible old rug. felt dirty just walking on it. may have been fine but the hole in it didn't inspire confidence over 1/2 the water went down the drain because the valve to redirect the water to the shower was almost totally failing. towels were great, bed comfortable.

The location was good for the event that we attended. The breakfast was okay. We killed a roach 🪳 bug, asked for bug spray, was told they did not have any. Went to Dollar General, bought spray & exterminated the entire room. The manager was supposedly notified, but never responded to us. The carpet was dirty. Check out my socks 🧦. We will probably not be staying at this particular Quality Inn again. Quality Inn's are usually good accommodations.
