Hampton Inn & Suites Florence-Downtown

Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good. Love the cookies! I love that breakfast doesn't end until 10am. My only complaint is the bed is hard. It's an older hotel, but in good condition. I love that there's an indoor pool. The location is convenient.

Our visit was pleasant. I had my 4 boys with me on this trip, oldest 18 and youngest 3. I got the 2 queen bed suite and it was plenty room for us. The living area has a sofa that pulled out to a full size bed, and they had a tv in that area and a second tv in the bedroom. It was really nice not having us all piled up on each other like some other hotel rooms are. Lol. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and courteous. My boys enjoyed the breakfast and the older ones made their own waffles which they loved! I like small towns and this was a great experience.

Absolute 5 star customer service. When I arrived late for a two night stay, there was no parking available. The front desk attendant, Melanie, was determined to help. She moved her own car (only after I had pulled around in the parking lot, just in case) and gave me her space. Great customer service, at a solid property. This is my go-to place when I’m in Muscle Shoals!

Positive: I guess the location was okay to the area we needed to be Negative: Hotel Elevators- only one was working, working elevator, hallways and especially the stairs were very dirty. Walls must be super thin bc we could hear all noise above us, even what the guest were saying and especially the traffic noise.

Too bad Hilton does not ask for feedback directly. ||I appreciate that Hamptons are consistent. |Ophelia at check in was friendly and efficient. She thanked me for being a Diamond. |Breakfast was standard and I thanked the 2 women on shift for making great oatmeal! The oats were steamed perfectly.|Kalia at checkout was also efficient and friendly. |And shout out to employee Logan who shared anecdotes about the nearby recording studios and the music scene in Houston TX. ||Overall, another pleasant experience!
