Good as usual. You can feel confident with the IHG Hotel Group. No problems and satisfaction guarantee. Staff is always nice. Shower and beds are good. Breakfast is not spectacular but it clgives you some choices. Recommended 😃

The beds are so comfy! I have the best nights sleep every time I stay here! The young lady at the front desk is very sweet and helps me find somewhere to order food every time I stay. And she has cookies for me (ok for everyone) every time. New fresh ground coffee machines with hot water as well. And of course the cinnamon rolls every day! My favorite! Overall fantastic place to stay. Clean and taken care of.

My wife and I were in Florence for softball regionals for Alabama high schools. EVERYTHING was beyond our expectations. We have stayed in many Holiday Inn’s in the past and this one far exceeded many of the others. From check in until check out, everything was great. The hotel was very well decorated. I had requested extra pillows and they were waiting when we got to our room. No noise, no unexpected items that often happens in a hotel that appeared to be sold out. It is so obvious that the management takes a great deal of pride in presenting a great stay for their clients and I, for one, greatly appreciate their efforts.

I cannot speak on anything bad at this hotel. It is truly our favorite place to stay in AL. We visit at least twice a year and always have the best experience. Staff is so welcoming and kind! I feel safe and love that my children beg to come back again and again. Thank you for being somewhere we can trust and feel right at home.

Today is Christmas; these employees showed so much “above and beyond” customer service today! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I left an important id in my room and didn’t realize it until I got to the airport 15 minutes away; I called the service desk to see if they could locate it in my room. They not only found it but they had an employee to drive it to the airport so that I would not miss my flight. May God bless you for your gracious service and thoughtfulness
