Hampton Inn Florence-Midtown

A wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until the time we left. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Nachell at the front desk was warm and welcoming. The coffee in the lobby was fresh and hot. Our room was also very clean, and our bed was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and Richard was attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

So much better than my previous stay here! |At checkin, Nachelle was friendly and efficient. ||We went across the parking lot to Applebee’s - not expecting much but pleasantly surprised. Our server Aisha was friendly and thorough. ||At checkout, Uranna was efficient. ||Rooms are standard - no frills, clean and consistent. |I appreciate our toilet paper was folded decoratively. ||Breakfast also basic - nothing to complain about.

Friendly staff, very clean and many amenities. The night staff even puts out bagged snacks for those of us who have to leave for work too early to enjoy the regular breakfast. The location is very convenient to many restaurants and shopping options. Highly recommend.

We are on a 3 week trip in the southern USA, staying in mostly Hampton Inns by choice. This one is the first to earn a review from me. I was pleased with how most all features of the room were functioning well and in good repair. I especially liked the decor colors and artwork. All amenities were fully supplied. The next door Applebee's was great for getting dinner without driving anywhere.
