Quality Inn El Reno

The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is that the beds are very firm/hard. My son and are were traveling back to Colorado from Georgia. He seemed to be okay with the mattress, by as a 57 year old woman with hip issues, I found it difficult to sleep. There were also no Xtra blankets provided in the room and I was very cold all night. Other than the bed, our stay was very pleasant.

Lack of quality. Dirty grounds, stairwells, hallways. The towels were the cheapest imaginable. Big stain on carpet. Whoever runs this place is cheap. Doesn’t pay to keep it clean or show any quality. Skip this place.

Positive: Service was the best. Great hotel for the price. Negative: Pillows were small and just enough for 1 per person.

Checking was fine, Room was large and comfortable. Towels were small and very rough……..they need new ones. Breakfast was OK…….nothing special

The room was clean. Sheets had been changed. Price was good. Location was good. Stayed at the one in Des Moines also, that was horrible, floor not vacuumed, sheets not changed, hallways dirty. El Reno great. Des Moines BAD.
